This is the third group of our service which is complementary to the previous two. Having found an employee and conducting a reliable assessment of their competence we can offer a series of managerial training on the basis of the AC/DC results.
One of the main determinants of trainings organized by us is to adapt the training program to the individual needs of each Client. It is important to accurately know the expectations of the Client in order to be able to fully exploit the potential existing in the company. Therefore, before carrying out the training we carefully analyze the processes taking place in their organization, which allows for a unique program corresponding to the specific characteristics of each company. We take into account the organizational culture, market position, strategy, vision of the future, but above all, the current problems the company is facing.
Our trainers are experienced business people with many years of practice in international corporations, providing their services to renowned companies, both in Poland and abroad.

Implementation of the training takes place following four main phases:

  • training needs analysis,
  • preparation of the course of training and training materials,
  • implementation of training,
  • evaluation.
